After School Activities Registration Clarifications

Hello all.  We wanted to clear up some confusion regarding registration for after school activities.

• The registration deadline for after school activities has been extended to Monday, January 14th.  This is the final deadline.
• Registration packets were sent home so that people who have not yet signed-up but wish to, may do so.
• If you still wish to register return your registration, permission slip, check and bus service request (if applicable) to the school office in an envelope marked "after school activities" no later than Monday, January 14th.
• If you already registered your child for programming you do not need to take any additional action.
• Confirmations of enrollment in all classes will be sent out via email on the evening of Tuesday, January 15th.
• As of January 7th all classes were still open and accepting registrations so if you submitted a registration, you can assume that your child is in the class - however confirmations WILL be sent on the 15th.
• All checks are being held until after registration is closed on January 14th.
• If you require bus service following after school programming you must notify the Wayne Thomas office ASAP.
• The first day of the new session is Tuesday, January 22nd.

Registration Extended!!

By popular demand we will be reopening registration for ALL Winter/Spring after school programs.  The new and final registration deadline is Monday, January 14th.  There will be NO additional registrations accepted after that date.  (Please note, registration for Girls on the Run will remain open through January 31st).

Registration packets will be coming home from school on Monday or Tuesday of this week.  You can also access registration materials on this blog and at the Wayne Thomas PTA website (waynethomaspta.com) Please return completed registrations, including permission slip, checks and bus request (if applicable) to the school office in an envelope maked "After School Programs."

As a reminder - if you are interested in bus service following after school programs you must fill out a bus request form and return it the school office ASAP.
